The Shop button is located next the the Equip button, on the top of the screen at the lobby page. Inside the shop, you can purchase many things ranging from swords to quest items. Only a limited amount of items are avalible though; if you want stronger/better items you can buy them with real money.

Equipment in the Shop is purchasable through Bounty, which is earned through quests and kills.
